Found Ehsan (Solace Massage Therapy) online. Booked an appointment that he personally confirmed. Ehsan made me feel welcome and asked questions to confirm what I was after.

He provided a great, strong sports massage, with an additional cupping session included.

He really worked the knots and tightness out of my muscles after a couple of hard weeks

I would recommend Ehsan highly and will be going back in the near future 

 By far the hardest deepest massage I have ever had.

I used Solace after a recommendation at a local gym and was sceptical as I've tried a variety of techniques and place's.

Upon meeting the owner (Ehsan) I felt comfortable and welcome (very professional).

Ehsan was able to use a variety of techniques in one visit including hand massage, cracking, dry cupping, scrapping and a massage gun also.

By far one of the best all round massages I've ever had and after he had finished he mentioned he also does home visits too.

P.s. he fixed the trapped nerve in my neck so could continue to train.
